About Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency
Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency is a public agency created by the State legislature to provide supplemental water from the State Water Project to the communities across the San Bernardino mountaintop. The Agency also provides retail water to more than 1,200 customers.

Hazard Assessments
In accordance with new state law, the Agency will be contacting you to schedule a hazard assessment to determine if there is a need for a backflow device to be installed at your property.
While the Agency has always conducted assessments, new state law requires the Agency to visit EVERY property and conduct an assessment.
All backflow devices must be installed immediately adjacent to the meter. Some backflow devices may need to be relocated.
