HIRING POLICY

It is CLAWA's policy to recruit, hire and promote for all job classifications based on bona fide occupational qualifications without regard to race, religion, color, sex, marital status, physical handicap, national origin, age, or any other protected class. It is CLAWA's policy to inform the public of job opportunities with CLAWA. Unless business needs require otherwise, position vacancies will be internally posted and also posted on CLAWA's internet website prior to a position being filled. A copy of CLAWA's standard form of application for employment will also be posted on CLAWA's website for easy access. Completed applications for employment may be submitted to CLAWA at any time and will be kept on file for at least one year for use by CLAWA in the event that a position for employment becomes available.
